Our Mission
Our communities need scientists and engineers, and our young people need careers full of excitement and wonder. Guided by our Christian values, the heart of the Kool Kat Science mission is to serve others by inspiring young people to see themselves as creative scientists and confident problem-solvers. We focus on low-resource families in northwest Ohio, unlocking the talent and potential that exists in every child.
Through hands-on, project-based exploration, students build, fix, and invent using tools like robotics, coding, and engineering within a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) framework.

Who Are We?
Kool Kat Science (Kool Kat) is a unique 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides young students (grades K-7) and their families with innovative, hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) experiences no matter their socioeconomic status. Kool Kat enables participants to explore challenging STEM concepts in ways they cannot in a traditional classroom setting.
